Established company in 1995; Sue had previously worked for another agency for a number of years before working for one of the largest hotel groups in the UK. There she set up their conference desk, this experience has proved invaluable over the years. Sue’s emphasis has always been to work for the client, negotiating excellent rates and providing the best possible free service to our clients, this has been passed down to all the team.
Steve joined the company 6 months after the company was established. Previously working in sales and has carried forward the customer care side of the business. He uses his negotiation skills to obtain superb rates for our clients. Steve demonstrates strong focus on inspecting as many hotels as possible to source the correct venues for our clients also upholding our reputation within the trade.
Ryan joined the company in September 2011. He is now in charge of some of our key accounts. He has helped to grow existing accounts and he has also obtained new clients. Ryan’s negotiation skills, good sense of humour and dedication to our clients is proving to be invaluable. He also has found time to pass NVQ in Customer service.
Jennie joined the company in August 2014. Since joining she has gained a NVQ in Customer service. Jennie’s numerous duties include accommodation and meeting bookings. Jennie’s efficient work ethic coupled with her great personality brings a great dynamic to the team.
Pinal has been with us since March 2016. She is in charge of our accounts department and has already proved to be an amazing addition to the team. She is running an effective team that operates in a professional and friendly manor.
