Sue
Established company in 1995; Sue had previously worked for another agency for a number of years before working for one of the largest hotel groups in the UK. There she set up their conference desk, this experience has proved invaluable over the years. Sue’s emphasis has always been to work for the client, negotiating excellent rates and providing the best possible free service to our clients, this has been passed down to all the team.
Steve
Joined the company 6 months after the company was established. Previously working in sales and has carried forward the customer care side of the business. He uses his negotiation skills to obtain superb rates for our clients. Steve demonstrates strong focus on inspecting as many hotels as possible to source the correct venues for our clients also upholding our reputation within the trade.
Gail
Has been with us since May this year. Has settled in well. Now in charge of some of our key clients. Her business experience & people skills make her a valued addition to the team & obtaining excellent rates.
Ryan
Our newest recruit & has already become a valued member of the team. Settling in really well & is keen to negotiate the best possible rates for our clients.
