Team Managers
Sue
Established company in 1995; Sue had previously worked for another
agency for a number of years before working for one of the largest
hotel groups in the UK. There she set up their conference desk,
this experience has proved invaluable over the years. Sue’s
emphasis has always been to work for the client, negotiating
excellent rates and providing the best possible free service
to our clients, this has been passed down to all the team.
Steve
Joined the company 6 months after the company was established.
Previously working in sales & has carried forward the customer
care side of the business. He uses his negotiation skills to
obtain superb rates for our clients. He demonstrates strong
focus on inspecting as many hotels as possible to source the
correct venues for our clients also upholding our reputation
within the trade.
Lois
Has been with us for 9 years, training in
the art of venue finding, as the company as grown she has
taken over sole responsibility for all the accounting functions,
dealing with both clients & hotels.
Siobhan
Has been with us for five years covering both the conference
& accommodation bookings. Her attention to detail is excellent
& her specialty is group bookings. She has brought her own
dynamic personality to the business.
Emma
Recently undertaken a Sales position within
the company and has been with us for two years. Her work also
includes both conference and accommodation bookings and has
obtained superb rates. Our clients have also complimented
on her excellent customer handling skills.
